Tune into your body's innate wisdom…
This class will guide you through gentle, conscious movements to unwind tension, cultivate body awareness, revitalize your energy, and calm your nervous system. You will learn how to tune into the "felt sense" from within and move from a place of trust, curiosity, and self-discovery. Together we will invite the body-mind system to let go of patterns that no longer serve you, respond to your internal needs, and find a profound sense of ease and integration. This practice is suitable for all ages, bodies, and ability levels, no prior yoga or movement experience necessary. May we honor this time together as we journey through the elements of our nature and come home to ourselves.
This offering has been created with influences from many systems and modalities including Embody Keys, Qi Gong, Somatics, Dance, Meditation, Kundalini Yoga, Craniosacral, Trauma Release, Yoga Nidra, Vocal Sound Healing, and intended to release tension, relax, and reset the nervous system. We will flow through movement, breathwork, and wind down with a soothing yoga nidra sound bath (Gong, Wave, Chime, Shruti Box, Vocals, Crystal and Tibetan Metal Bowls). I look forward to being with you!
