This class involves a gentle movement, mindfulness and meditative practice. A 75 minute practice of restoring the body and the mind.
Somatic therapy can help restore pain, soothe and reset the nervous system, balance the mind releasing stress, anxiety and depression. Increasing vitality, overall physical and energetic well being and boast the immune system.
Each class will incorporate mindful movements, fascial stretching and opening and a simple guide meditation.
Somatic therapy can support the body to express and to hear what the body needs to tell us and free it.
Unwinding trauma stored in the body and restore emotional well-being.
Balancing the nervous system and vagus nerve
Reset our energy , stimulate the cells to be awake and aware of their function.
To carry the body in a more loving and gentle way , being more at home and present to the body and a feeling of safety within our being.
Exchange: $30 or $75 for all 3 sessions.
