Join us for this 75 minute class where we will dive into a deeper layer of Somatic healing as a group.
In this workshop, you will be guided into a meditation. From there, you will present your body on a piece of chart paper, where it will be outlined, and then staying in that meditative space, you will create symbols, pictures, and or words to unravel the trauma that is trapped inside the body.
By putting it out on paper, we are able to reconnect and reestablish the flow of data, communication, light, and healing.
This is a really amazing opportunity to show up and heal stored trauma in order to create coherence and forward motion in your personal evolution.
We highly recommend this class for anyone who has been feeling stagnant or stuck and wants to move through the energy that wants to stay stuck.
No experience needed, all art supplies provided.
