Join us for our fall retreat in Hamden, Ohio. This property spans 180 acres, quite fitting for the work we will do here. This is a yoga and meditation retreat. We will also be focused on healing classes that are designed to help clients rewrite the programs that have been keeping them stuck and small. You can expect yoga, meditation, somatic work, as well as several healing workshops including a sound bath.
Clients who have attended our retreats in the past say that these retreats help them to move forward into healing, restoration, and evolution.

Friday -snack bar, welcome gift, opening circle
Saturday -breakfast, yoga and meditation, workshop 1, lunch, workshop 2, dinner, sound bath, and snacks throughout the day
Sunday -breakfast, yoga and meditation, closing circle
Nonrefundable $200 deposit is due upon booking. We have various Price tiers to fit your needs.

Once you register with your $200 deposit, the remainder will be due 1 month before retreat (9/10/25).
This venue is on 180 acres, has a heated pool that will be open for swimming, as well as a hot tub. So bring your bathing suit if you would like to swim or enjoy the hot tub.
