Join us for a beautiful session focused on releasing trauma and tension. This event will combine gentle movement supporting shifts from head to body awareness along with Somatic Breath Work, rewiring the body’s nervous system and improving resiliency. All leading up to a Spinal Energetics session that will access energy centers encouraging expansion and release
