Somatic Breathwork: Spring Cleanse & Rise
About this Event
Somatic Breathwork: Spring Cleanse & Rise
Starts at 6pm. Please try to arrive by 5:45pm so we can get everyone into the event and start on time at 6pm.
Spring is a threshold, the season the body naturally wants to clear out, lighten, and open.
Spring Cleanse & Rise is a 60-minute somatic breathwork journey that works on two levels at once. First, we clear: releasing the heaviness, fog, and holding that can settle in over winter. Then, from that cleaner, quieter space, we open, using the breath as a doorway into a deeper, more spacious state of awareness.
Because when the body has less to carry, something else can move. A subtle, rising sense of aliveness. A feeling of connection to something larger and quieter within you. Many people describe it as coming home to a part of themselves they'd forgotten was there.
This is that experience made accessible, no belief system required, no experience needed. Just your breath, a safe and consent-led container, and a willingness to meet what opens.
Through a trauma-aware breathwork arc, we'll support your system to:
- release the stagnation, weight, and fatigue carried through winter
- soften the guarding that keeps you stuck in your head
- let a natural, rising energy move up and through the body
- open, gently, into a more expansive and connected state of awareness
You'll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and quietly awake, grounded in your body and open to more.

About Lynn (Facilitator)
Lynn Tiang is an Integrative Somatic Coach, breathwork facilitator, and Reiki practitioner based in Aotearoa, New Zealand. Lynn supports people who are high-functioning on the outside but chronically tense, exhausted, or quietly stuck on the inside.
Lynn's work blends three pillars:
- Somatic breathwork to regulate the nervous system, soften protective patterns, and restore a steadier baseline in the body
- Reiki to support energetic clearing, heart coherence, and deep rest, in a gentle, consent-based way
- Life coaching to translate what opens in session into real change in relationships, work, boundaries, and daily life
Lynn's approach is trauma-aware, practical, and spiritually spacious. The focus isn't on forcing anything, it's on creating enough safety for your system to unwind, open, and remember its natural capacity for calm and connection.
1:1 Integrative Somatic Coaching, a spot is open
If you felt a yes in your body during this session, you're invited to go deeper. Lynn is opening a private 1:1 Integrative Somatic Coaching spot for someone ready to work with nervous system regulation, somatic inquiry, breathwork, and grounded life coaching support.
