This breathwork and somatic movement session is a safe space to feel, express, and release what you've been holding onto.--------Somatic Breathwork Journey is a multidimensional experience that combines somatic movement with conscious connected breathwork and more!If you have ever experienced the autonomic symptoms of stress, such as restless sleep, jaw clenching, hypertension from stress, headaches, and more, then this workshop is for you. Somatic Breathwork is designed to help you manage stress, find meaningful relaxation, and facilitate a stronger mind-body connection.We begin by setting our intentions with some light journaling and affirmation work. Then, we tune into the body, incorporate movement to start allowing the nervous system to release, and then we breathe! The work is accompanied by hands-on energy healing, music, and a sound healing experience. We end with a long Savasana to process whatever came up during the breathwork and a guided meditation to help integrate it all.If you’re ready for a shift and ready to let go of all the old patterns that are no longer serving you, then this workshop is for you.
