We do relationship coaching with a spiritual edge. Together, we’ll dive deep into the patterns and beliefs that keep you stuck, uncover how your old patterns and fears may be holding you back, and map out the exact steps to create a life and relationships that reflect your true worth.

What to Expect
- A 60-minute Zoom session where we address real-life challenges and create real-time breakthroughs.

- Participation is optional. You can choose to be coached live or simply listen and learn.
- Your video is never recorded, and audio replays are available only to my private coaching clients.

Hi, I’m Natalie — a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Life Coach.
Hosting groups is a huge passion of mine. I’ve facilitated literally hundreds of group coaching sessions and therapy process groups because I love the energy of transformation we create when we come together with a shared purpose.
And I know the pain, because I’ve been where you are. I was in a chaotic relationship that felt like an endless emotional rollercoaster — confusing, draining, and so hard to escape. No matter how much I tried to fix things, I kept losing myself. But when I finally did the deep work to understand my patterns and rebuild my self-worth, everything changed. I want to help you do the same.
I believe coaching that doesn’t include a component of spirituality is a massive missed opportunity. I love helping people like you turn pain into purpose, discover deeper levels of who you really are, and open your heart to a life of real connection — All with the support of the Love of the Universe.
