Somatic Breathwork is a deeply nourishing somatic session designed to support rest, nervous system regulation, and gentle renewal during the darker months.

This class is an invitation to soften, release stored tension, and return to a sense of inner calm through restorative movement, supported stillness, and gentle breathwork. No effort, no performance — just rest.

• Self-holding practices for safety and grounding
• A slow, nurturing pace focused on deep rest and regulation

This class is accessible to all bodies. No previous experience is needed — just a willingness to slow down.
