Join us for an hour of Somatic Breathwork & Sound Therapy with community wellness veterans Julie Cielo & Ciera Austin for 40 minutes of active breathwork designed for emotional release and energetic reset to regulate your nervous system followed by 20 minutes of integration with the magical healing vibrations of sound & frequency to leave you present, uplifted & inspired.

What to Bring:

• Yoga mat (required). **We have limited yoga mats on site, available on a first-come, first-served basis. **
• Bolster if you have a sensitive lower back
