Join us for a powerful arc of Somatic Breathwork led by Meredith Aistrup, followed by Yin Yoga with Molly Niemczyk to integrate the experience.

This guided session is designed to help you move through stored emotion, release tension, and reconnect with inner clarity.

Meredith Aistrup is a naturopathic doctor and breathwork facilitator based in Phoenix, AZ.
Molly Niemczyk is a local Kansas City 200-hour RYT who specializes in deeply restorative Yin Yoga practices.

The breathwork style is full-body and can be intense. All are welcome. If you have any injuries, illnesses, or are pregnant, the breathwork will be modified to support your needs.

Many participants have had profound breakthroughs and powerful insights during these sessions.
