Join us for a powerful 90 minute somatic breathwork and sound healing experience designed to release stress, calm the nervous system, and restore energetic balance.
Facilitator Stacey Valle will guide you through conscious somatic breathwork to move stagnant energy, release emotional and physical tension, and deepen mind body awareness. You will then be immersed in a soothing sound bath with crystal bowls, chimes, and healing instruments to integrate and ground your experience.
This session is supportive, intentional, and beginner friendly.
