Join us for our monthly breath and sound immersion at Heartwood Community Cafe! (Formerly Rootbound!) This is sacred time for you to be fully present, connect to yourself in safe space, and explore your inner terrain. The rhythmic beat of the drums will help you achieve altered states of consciousness and deeper levels of self-awareness.
We’ll be doing an hour of guided meditation and breathwork, followed by a 30-minute gong bath featuring a beautiful 40” temple wind gong. You’ll be guided on your journey by Tami Heaton, a certified breathwork facilitator and ordained shamanic minister. You will be breathing to the beat of two live drummers - it’s a unique experience!
Whether you are new to breathwork or a seasoned journeyer, this workshop offers space to connect more deeply with yourself and the natural rhythms of the universe. No previous experience is necessary—just an open heart and a willingness to explore your self.

While breathwork is generally considered safe for most people, there are health conditions that do make it riskier for some.
