Join us every other Monday for Mindful Movement Mondays, a session of intentional, restorative movement led by Dr. Ronnie Moresi, PT, DPT. Start your week with a blend of yoga, tai chi, qi gong, and other gentle practices designed for all activity levels.Each session begins with a centering meditation to set your intention for the week, flows into mindful movement to enhance flexibility and balance, and ends with a cool-down meditation to leave you feeling relaxed and ready to tackle the week ahead.
Whether you are new to these practices or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll find this class to be a perfect way to kickstart your week with mindfulness and relaxation.
