Guild-Certified Instructor Dan Sykes has been practicing the Feldenkrais Method for just under 10 years, and is also a certified instructor in Systema™ Russian Martial Arts and Russian Stick Bodywork, another somatic training discipline. Dan's book, "Somatic Fanatic" follows the story of his going from mid-life crisis, to becoming a professional Somatic Educator, and many of the vital nervous system lessons he learned from master instructors around the world.
