approach to well-being that uses touch, gentle movement,
awareness of breath, relaxation techniques and full body
holding. This quiet, consentual approach to healing creates a
safe container for humans to receive touch, to relax more
deeply into themselves. The natural regenerative powers of
ones own body are stimulated, allowing vitality and self-
awareness to grow.
Through all four meetings, we set the tone of “being with”
another, rather than”doing something to
another". Our touchand healing becomes an expression of listening, respect, empathy and kindness.

practices of touch that support grounding,
centering, embodiment, stress reduction and
relaxation.

Resets
🩷The magic of full-body holding (cradles) as a
deep and restful containment practice.

chakra system and energetic bodies.
🩷Myofascial (bindevev) unwinding, both for
yourself and giving these movements to another.

stillness and inner peace.
