Body Bliss - The Power of Touch: A Relaxing Yin Yoga ExperienceCome join us for Body Bliss, where you can stretch and relax in a candlelit room with soft music and calming energy. This experience combines the power of Yin Yoga with the gentle secrets of Craniosacral Healing Touch.
In this extra-long Yin class, we will explore deeper realms of ourselves, allowing us to be lifted away from our daily, sometimes overwhelming lives. Your body will have the chance to fully melt, tuning into itself for healing and restoration. Here, you’ll enjoy a much-deserved pause.
Guided by experienced teachers and therapists, your body will be supported to ground and relax. You’ll have the time you need to settle into each position, letting the world fade away as you close your eyes and turn your focus inward.
The studio provides everything you need—the only thing you need to bring is yourself. All levels are welcome. This is a very beginner-friendly event and may be the perfect gift for someone who could use a little extra love and kindness. The more stiffness or tension you feel in your body and mind, the more benefits this class will bring you.
