Join us for a 1 HOUR transformative experience where you'll explore the power of movement, breath, and awareness. Soma-Somatics is all about reconnecting with your body, releasing tension, and enhancing your well-being. Through a series of dynamic exercises and mindfulness practices, you'll tap into your body's innate wisdom and unlock new levels of vitality. Mary began her healing path through an intensive 3 year Transpersonal Therapy Training that guided her focus for the last 25years as restorative yoga teacher, body worker and ceremonial space holder. She has taught more than 9 thousand restorative public yoga classes and 400 yoga teachers in Restorative Yoga Teacher Trainings giving her in-depth skills in holding safe space and soul guidance through powerful experiences of relaxation, expansion and healing!
