SOMA SOCIAL: A New Moon Gathering is an intimate, half-day wellness experience created to help you step away from the noise, reconnect with yourself, and share meaningful space with like-minded community.
Inspired by the energy of the New Moon, the day will unfold through three intentions: ground, express, and connect. We’ll begin by grounding through journaling, intention setting, yoga, and breathwork. From there, we’ll move into expression through ecstatic dance and sound healing before opening into connection over cacao, nourishing food, wellness experiences, and community.
