No previous yoga teaching experience is needed for this training. The state of Yin is available to anyone who shows up fully to the practice. However, to cultivate a rich and in depth experience please bring:
an attitude of genuine desire to immerse yourself in this program
a commitment to be present and participate to the best of your ability a willingness to share your experience within group sessions
You may be taking this training to deepen your home practice and understanding of Yin Yoga.
However if you are a 200hr Certified Yoga Teacher, this week will count as 50hrs of Continued Education.
