Solstice Sound Bath

We will warm up with a short kundalini yoga set, and then relax in savasana to the healing vibration of the gongs, bowls and chimes. This sound bath is designed to quiet the mind, give each chakra a burst of energy, and dissolve blockages and negativity. As we approach the longest night of the year, we will be full of peace and calm.

Please bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket.
