A Winter Solstice to celebrate the still point of the year. A nurturing space to turn inward, to honour the longest night, and the light that follows. What better time to gather, share, align to our values and remember what truly matters. Together we will deepen our community and connection to spirit, to ourselves, and to each other.
Soul Circle is a gathering for anyone craving something real. A place to slow down, be witnessed, and remember who you are beneath the noise of everyday life. A place for friendships to blossom, relaxation and healing to occur.
This Solstice Soul Circle includes the medicine of ceremonial cacao. We'll sit together in the warmth of the Evolve Studio to sip with gratitude and love. A heart opener, hug in a mug and superfood elixir!
Hosted by Kate, an experienced retreat facilitator who will lead the cacao ceremony, weave in yin yoga, meditation, sound healing, gratitude practice and breathwork.
Please bring something to share in the circle such as a poem, a story, a short wellbeing practice, a meditation, journal prompts, an art project, music, or a piece of wisdom. Whatever calls to you. This is your offering to the group. (Please note there is no wifi in the studio, so use data or download in advance if needed.)
Please bring: your journal, pen and your favourite mug, along with your offering. Please have only a light breakfast so the cacao can be more effective.
If you have high blood pressure, caffeine sensitivity, or take antidepressants, or simply dislike cacao, herbal teas will be provided.
Investment is $25 per person with limited spaces.
