Winter asks us to slow down, turn inward, and rest. This candlelit evening is your invitation to do exactly that.Settle into a generous nest of cushions, bolsters and blankets while candlelight casts its gentle glow. Through long, restful holds and nurturing support, your body is given full permission to soften and let go.
Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes and flute will carry you into a place of genuine stillness whilst soothing the nervous system and quieting the mind.
Restorative yoga is a deeply accessible practice, and this session is warmly suited to anyone.
Investment: $20 or discuss Koha/energy exchange if preferred.
No experience necessary, just a willingness to receive and take time for yourself.
All mats and props are provided. Just bring a water bottle, comfortable clothing layers, an eye mask if you have one and a journal if you wish.
Cancellations within the hour or no shows incur the full fee.
