Solstice Session: Yoga, Sound and Community at Foxpoint Farms

Join us for a dreamy evening inside the greenhouse to honor the summer solstice with intention, movement, and rest. We’ll start with a grounding yoga flow to move stagnant energy, then settle into a deeply restorative guided meditation with a sound bath to finish the night.

This class is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and mark the shift in season surrounded by plants, golden light, and community. Each guest will receive a curated solstice goodie bag, thanks to our event sponsors.

All levels and all bodies are welcome. Mats Provided, please bring a water bottle, a journal and anything that helps you get cozy during sound healing.
