This soothing sound journey blends the healing vibrations of crystal alchemy bowls with the calming, supportive energy of Reiki.

We will begin with gentle breath work to help you arrive fully in the present moment, followed by a guided meditation focused on heart expansion and connection. As you settle into stillness, you’ll be bathed in layers of sound designed to relax the body, quiet the mind, and awaken a deeper sense of peace.

Throughout the experience, Reiki energy will be intuitively channeled and sent out to support emotional release, energetic alignment, and a sense of wholeness.

This offering is perfect for anyone seeking relaxation, heart healing, or a deeper connection to themselves and others.

Come as you are, and allow yourself to receive.

Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and eye mask, along with anything else that will support you in feeling fully relaxed, safe, and held as you journey inward.

Marianna of Mystic Align is a certified sound healer, Reiki Master, and nurse of 29 years. She is passionate about using sound healing to reduce stress, support the nervous system, and guide the body back into balance and harmony, allowing space for natural self-healing.
