Solstice Outdoor Sound Bath

Join us for an evening of rest, resonance, and reconnection under the open sky.

This outdoor sound bath is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself in nature. We’ll begin with gentle intention setting to help you arrive fully in the space and connect to what you’d like to receive, release, or cultivate. From there, you’ll be guided a sound experience using soothing instruments and intentional frequencies designed to support relaxation, grounding, and nervous system regulation.

We’ll close the evening with a guided meditation, allowing space for integration, reflection, and stillness before returning to the rest of your evening.

No experience is needed. Simply bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or anything else that helps you feel cozy lying on the earth.

A little about me:

I first discovered sound healing nearly 8 years ago while traveling in Nepal, and it deeply shifted the way I connected to myself, stillness, and healing. Since then, I’ve continued exploring practices that support regulation, presence, and conscious connection, and I love creating spaces where people can simply be.
