But what if sex were about play instead? Inherently, it can be awkward, funny, or even intimidating. In this workshop, you'll discover how to play with your partner instead of performing for them. You'll walk away with tools to reinvigorate your sex life by introducing new adventures, communicating with ease, and releasing the need for perfection.
About the Instructor: Leighanna Nordstrom is a licensed relationship and sex therapist and the founder of Break the Mold Therapy. Through her signature workshop series, The F*ing Truth, she explores overlooked topics in sexual health, helping people build healthier dynamics, expand their knowledge, and advocate for themselves. Her goal is to create a world where every person feels confident, informed, and empowered in their sexual lives.
