Winter solstice offers an opportunity to look within & honor the sacred stillness that is necessary to witness the spark inside. It's time to become aware of the surrounding darkness & understand that you are that spark of light, love, & creation. Within this sacred stillness you find the pause that is vital for growth. You understand the process of rest and then renewal. Allowing the dormant phase to occur is the step before exponential expansion & growth.*You may bring a mat/blanket/cushion if you like-there will be a few available for use.
*Bring plenty of water to hydrate.
*Doors close PROMPTLY at the start of class and late comers will not be able to be admitted.
