Let's Celebrate the Magic of the Winter Solstice!Join us for a heartwarming holiday experience featuring a Yuletide yoga flow, seasonal sounds, and tasty treats.
Our soothing yoga practice - guided by Milena and accompanied by John on his nylon string guitar - will be composed of Gentle, Restorative, and Yin yoga styles to bring stress relief, balance, and grounding.
We'll enjoy a mix of seasonal songs to uplift our spirits and add some magic to our community connection.
Enjoy delicious seasonal snacks, beverages, and stocking stuffers as we gather to celebrate the turning of the seasons.
This special gathering takes place just after December’s Cold Moon and before the Shortest Day. Let’s tune into the energy of the approaching Longest Night to embrace the season ahead and honor the return of light!
