The Summer Solstice marks a peak. A peak of light, energy and of everything that's been building. 'Solstice Candlelight Sound Bath' is a space to intentionally pause inside the peak energy of the summer. A sound bath is a deeply restful experience where you'll lie down, get comfortable, and be guided by sound. Using crystal singing bowls and other gentle instruments, the body is invited into a state of ease where the nervous system can settle, soften and reset.
The movement; quieter, softer, internal. No effort, just receiving. As the body unwinds, it naturally begins to release tension, process what it's been holding, and come back into balance. You don't have to know how to do it, your body already does.
Dress comfortably, bring a yoga or exercise mat, come as you are and let the sound hold the rest.
