Candlelight Embrace Yin

Candlelight Embrace Yin offers an opportunity to slow down and soften into stillness. Transforming the studio into a sanctuary of candlelight, the outside world fades into the background and the body is invited to simply be.
Yin is a slow, grounded practice where postures are held for longer periods of time, allowing space to gradually open within the muscles, joints and connective tissues. With each posture, the body is encouraged to release tension, unwind, and settle into a deeper state of ease.
Guided by stillness, breath and gentle glow of candlelight, this experience invites you to step away from the pace of everyday life and reconnect with yourself. As the body softens, the nervous system naturally follows, creating an opportunity for deeper presence.
The movement is slower, steadier. The atmosphere quiet, warm and intentionally calming.
Dress comfortably, bring your yoga mat, and join us for an evening of softness, stillness and deep release by candlelight.
