Dreaming of consistent, fluid hip movement throughout your basic step? In this class, we break down and drill the essential contra hip through exercises. Learn how to unlock continuous motion and master this essential foundation of Bachata.
Hip Lab: Hip Musicality:
Take your hip movement to the next level by connecting it directly to the rhythm.
We will drill the pendulum and tumbao hip movements, exploring exactly how to express them using your hips to different instruments.
