Welcome to the Wellbeing Taster Morning at Solihull Well Being Clinic - Psychology, Counselling and Holistic Therapies! Join us for a morning filled with relaxation, self-care, and wellness. Experience taster sessions in nutritional, crystal healing, physiotherapy, reiki, ear health & guided relaxation. This in-person event is your chance to begin exploring different ways to enhance your wellbeing in a welcoming environment. Places are limited, so book early (to be fair to all visitors please book only 2 taster sessions - plus a relaxation session - so 3 in all) - if spaces allow, we will invite you to more sessions on the day.
