Welcome to Solid GroundWe’re so glad you’ve found us.
Solid Ground is a free, peer support circle for trauma-based recovery, a safe and confidential space to share, connect, and be heard.
Our next meeting will be on:
� Monday 25th August
� 7.30pm – 9.00pm
� Riverbank Retreat
� What to expect:
The first hour or so is peer-to-peer support in circle.
The last 15–20 minutes is optional somatic grounding and meditation for anyone who wishes to stay.
Although Solid Ground is not affiliated with any 12-step programmes, and we are not a 12-step programme ourselves, we do have information available for anyone who may feel drawn to attend a 12-step group alongside this circle.
This group is open to anyone affected by trauma, dysfunction, or addiction. You don’t need to book, just come as you are.
