Solid Ground – A Safe Space to Begin Again
Fortnightly Peer Support Group at Riverbank Retreat
Have you been impacted by addiction, trauma, dysfunction, or difficult family patterns?
Solid Ground is a gentle, confidential space where you can come as you are.
Speak if you want to. Be heard. Be held. Or just sit quietly.
This is not a 12-step programme, but a soft landing space for anyone seeking support, reflection, or connection with others who understand. There’s no judgement, no pressure, and no fixing—just a space to breathe and begin again.
We meet fortnightly on Mondays from 7:30–9:00pm at Riverbank Retreat.
It’s completely free to attend, with optional donations welcome for tea & coffee.
If at any point you feel ready to explore formal recovery programmes, we have literature available for AA, NA, Al-Anon and ACA, which you’re welcome to browse in your own time.
