SolFlow is a free, family-friendly community event held in parks across DFW with open-ended workshops and schedule activities to learn, grow, and play together.We host continual open-ended workshops like Flow Arts, Acrobatic Yoga, & Slackline with experienced individuals who will guide you along. No Experience Required!

Our goal is to keep SolFlow a Free event, however, we also wish to pay our DJs, Workshop Instructors, and Facilitators for their time. The average cost of the event is about $300-$500. You can help support the event by donating using this link:
