The Experience:

This is a fully seated experience, designed to be accessible and effortless.

We will begin with a short, guided relaxation & breathing practice to settle the nervous system, followed by an immersive sound bath.

- The Visual Voyager: Keep your eyes open and lose yourself in high-definition planetarium visuals.

- The Internal Explorer: Close your eyes and let the sound waves guide your meditation in the quiet darkness of the theater.

Pro-Tips for Your Cosmic Journey-

To ensure you have the most relaxing experience possible, please keep the following in mind:

- Optimal Comfort: The UTA Planetarium features specialized seating that leans back significantly—perfect for stargazing and deep relaxation without needing to lie on the floor!

- Stay Cozy: To keep the high-tech projectors running perfectly, the "Dome" is kept quite chilly. We highly recommend bringing a light sweater or a small lap blanket to stay cozy during the stillness.

- Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes early to find your seat, as the doors will close promptly to maintain the immersive dark-room environment.
