The Arlington Community Band invites you to a full afternoon of music at the Salute to Community Bands on Saturday, May 9, 2026. Beginning at 1:00 PM, community bands from across North Texas will take the stage every hour, celebrating the spirit of local music-making and the ensembles that keep it thriving.The Frisco Community Band is proud to return for our third year at this showcase, performing at 5:00 PM. It’s a wonderful opportunity to enjoy a wide variety of ensembles, support musicians from across the region, and experience the music that defines the community band tradition.
