That’s right! There are 52 bones and 66 joints from your ankles to your toes. That’s a lot of opportunities for things to go wrong. If you’ve had a bad ankle sprain, surgery, or a pain in your foot, you could benefit from learning how to care for your feet.
Join us on February 22nd from 1:30 – 4:30 for a “Sole Solutions” workshop to learn how your feet are related to your body’s ability to move well and get tools to start improving the health of your feet so you can take ownership of your body.
Foot challenges can include bunions, hammer, toe, overpronation, orthotics, toe spacers, knee, pain, hip pain, back pain. We will address the feet in more detail and offer you solutions to help you recover confidence in your body.
$50 for the 3-hour workshop; $40 for Uttara Unlimited Members

About Angie Corwin – Movement Specialist and Wellness Professional
