Join us for a liberating and judgment-free space of dance, music, and community, where you can experience yourself as Divine Consciousness. Tune into your body and allow it to move exactly the way it wants to -- twirling and leaping across the dance floor, gently swaying, or even simply breathing with awareness ... Let your body’s innate wisdom be your guide.
A few simple guidelines for ecstatic dance:
* Focus on inner awareness of your own self and body (no spectating)
* Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to lie on for shavasana/wind-down at the end.
