I’m so happy to invite you into this beautiful and tranquil space, tucked away in nature. Surrounded by nothing but birdsong, this serene sanctuary offers the perfect escape from the noise of daily life.
🧘♀️ Weekly Sound Healing Sessions – Friday Evenings 7:30-8:45pm
These weekly sessions are a chance to slow down, unwind after a busy week, and begin your weekend with a deep sense of clarity and calm.
What You Can Expect:
I will guide you through a 75-minute journey that begins with gentle breathwork and a short meditation. From there, I’ll play a range of soothing instruments — quartz crystal bowls, ocean disc, chimes, bells, and the beautiful, ethereal crystal harp — all designed to bring your body and mind into a state of deep relaxation.
How Sound Healing Works:
Sound healing uses specific frequencies to help rebalance areas of stress and tension in the body. At The Sanctuary, this is your chance to pause, breathe, and simply be.
