As the earth holds its breath on the longest night, we are called to gather. To turn inward, to honor the sacred dark, and to kindle the spark of our own inner sun.
The Winter Solstice is a potent threshold—a celestial moment of stillness where the old sun dies and the new one is born. In the deep quiet of this night, we join as a circle of women to witness this great turning, not just in the sky, but within our own souls.
This is a sacred container for you to release, rest, and dream. Guided by Chanan, Meditation and yoga teacher and Buddhist counsellor, we will weave together ancient practices to honor this transition and welcome the returning light.
Our ritual journey will include:
· Sacred Opening: We will ground ourselves in the power of the circle, setting our shared intention for the night.
· Kundalini meditation & Breathwork: A gentle yet powerful practice to stir your inner fire, release stagnant energy of the past year, and build the pranic energy needed to illuminate your intentions.
· A Fire Releasing Ceremony: A guided ritual to let go of what no longer serves you, offering it to the transformative power of the flame.
· Solstice Sound Journey: Immerse yourself in the deep, resonant vibrations of the gong. Allow its waves to cleanse your spirit, balance your energy, and carry you into a state of profound receptivity for the new solar cycle.
· Crafting Our Solstice Tea Blend: We will engage our senses in a sacred, hands-on ritual—blending our own unique organic herbal tea. You will intuitively select from a curated array of herbs to create a personalized infusion that supports your intention for the coming light.
· Dream-Weaving & Intention Setting: In the soft glow of candlelight, we will plant the seeds of our dreams for the coming light, sipping our freshly crafted solstice tea.

· Clarity on your personal intention for the new solar year.
