Times are: Thursday 4pm
Fri, 12pm-?(8am if you choose the Thursday option), Sat, 8am- ? & Sun 8am-5pm
Space will be limited to 22 people per conference room .
Your fee of $175 ($200 with Thursday) includes unlimited cropping & plenty of space, snacks & beverages. due to restrictions and rising costs we will not be able to provide meals but you are welcome to bring in your own food and make plans with your friends. Breakfast supplied by the hotel.
To reserve your space, please send your NON REFUNDABLE deposit of $50 to Ronni or Jeanna by 8/21. If paying after that date, the cost for the weekend will be $200 with a required deposit of $75. (Add $25 for Thursday cropping. Balances are due October 30, 2025
If you wish to stay at the hotel for the weekend, the rate is $120 per night & would include your choice of 2 queen beds or 1 king bed per room & also includes continental breakfast. To reserve your room, please do so separately by contacting the hotel at 860-276-0736 & let them know you are with the Mathews scrapbooking group.
