In our busy world, stress, overwhelm, and emotional demands can leave our nervous system in a constant state of "fight or flight." This deeply restorative evening is designed to help guide your body into a state of rest, allowing you to release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with a sense of inner calm.
As you relax comfortably, you'll be immersed in the healing sounds of crystal quartz singing bowls, each tuned to the body's seven main energy centres (chakras). Their gentle vibrations can help quiet the mind, encourage deep relaxation, and support your body's natural ability to regulate and restore itself.
Your experience will also include the powerful resonance of my healing gong, gentle hands-on Reiki, and tuning forks, creating a soothing blend of sound and energy healing to help calm the mind, relax the body, and nurture the nervous system.
Please bring anything that will help you feel completely comfortable, such as blankets, pillows, a water bottle, and cosy clothing or pyjamas. Comfortable mattresses will be provided so you can simply lie back, receive, and allow yourself to rest.
Spaces are limited to just six participants to create a peaceful, intimate healing experience, so booking early is recommended.
