Come immerse yourself in the layers of frequencies & vibrations with the beautiful sounds of gong, crystal bowls, himalayan bowls, drums, chimes & more.
All my Sound Bath sessions are SCIENCE- BASED to make them accessible for all.
No need to bring a yoga mat - i provide chunky floor mattresses for a more comfortable experience.
With only a maximum group of 5, this enables me to create a personal experience. Not only do i play to the room as a whole, i walk around each attendee individually & bathe them up close in the frequencies & vibrations.
Sound Bath's are for everyone. You don't have to be spiritual to feel the benefits of this amazing ancient practice.
It is truly a mid week treat for the mind & body!
You will leave feeling relaxed, restored & rebalanced.
