🌀Connecting with and circulating your unique life force energy through movement, internal listening, womb and voice.🌀Held in a wooden, circular Roundhouse surrounded by nature — an intimate, grounded space that naturally supports gathering, presence and connection. 🌿Vision:
Circulation is a one-day retreat for women, held just after the spring equinox (nature’s new year) — a moment when energy really begins to circulate again, organically and without pressure.
This retreat is not about awakening, becoming, or transforming into someone new.
It is about connecting with your own, powerful life force energy at the moment when the earth and your body begins to circulate again after the stillness of winter.
🌀After winter:
The body wants more movement.
The breath wants more space.
The voice wants to be expressed.
The nervous system wants warmth and rhythm. Rather than pushing forward, we listen and see what needs to be felt and expressed.

The circular nature of the day mirrors the space (and life) itself — the Roundhouse, mandala movement and creation, the sacred fire, the sound, the voice. Everything invites flow: from the earth and sky, through the body, between women, and back into ourselves to feel energised, nourished and whole.
This retreat is about being with and nourishing ourselves; not fixing.
About soft strength, not effort.
About allowing the season to circulate through us, rather than asking anything from it or forcing an outcome.
Women gathering — to move, rest, eat, sound, witness and to see which seeds are stirring within us; which ones want to be tended to in 2026.
🌿What Holds the Day:
Gentle, embodied movement (yoga, qigong & somatics)
A womb-focused shamanic journey
Sound bath for integration and nervous system support
Time for rest, journaling, creativity and shared nourishment
Sacred fire circle and free your voice session
Nature, warmth, rhythm, and spaciousness
A nourishing vegan lunch will be provided and shared together, alongside tea and snacks throughout the day.
🌀Programme Flow:
11:00 – Arrival & Opening Circle
Arriving into the space, grounding, and opening the shared circle.
Setting intentions and marking the seasonal threshold.
12:00 – 13:00 | Movement is Medicine
A blend of yoga, qigong, and somatic, circular movement.
Gentle activation after winter stillness.
Movement guided by sensation rather than form
Encouraging circulation through breath, fascia, energy and vocal expression.
13:00 – 14:30 | Shared Lunch & Rest
A nourishing vegetarian / vegan lunch, prepared with care.
Time to: eat together, rest and digest, connect or enjoy quiet space.
Option to create a shared nature mandala offering. There is no agenda here — just nourishment and ease.
14:30 – 15:45 | Living Cyclically and Shamanic Womb Journey
A session to connect with the source of your life force – your womb.
Learning ways to live cyclically; in tune with the earth, the moon and your womb.
Offering your scared womb presence, gratitude and love.
15:45 – 17:00 | Sound Bath
Moving directly into sound to support integration.
Creating supportive vibration for this time of year
Allowing the nervous system to settle
Letting resonance do the work.
17:00 – 18:00 | Integration Space
An open hour for: Journaling, Tea & snacks, Rest or gentle conversation.
Optional continuation of shared mandala creation or individual mandala creation.
A spacious pause to let everything land.
18:00 – 19:00 | Sacred Fire Circle with Singing, Drumming and Vocal Alchemy
Greeting the sacred fire.
Gathering around fire for sound, song, and voice
Free, non-performative vocal expression.
Voice as an extension of the body and breath
Closing the day in warmth, rhythm, and shared presence. Closing sharing circle.

We are inviting 12 women to gather with us for this day retreat. The early booking rate is £85 until 28th February. From 1st March, the exchange is £110.

🍃Meet Your Hosts:
The retreat is held by two friends who share a love of movement, voice, sound, presence and creating spaces where people feel safe to be their authentic selves and express any emotions and stories stuck in their cells. We each bring a different thread, woven together with warmth, care and the intention to hold space for you to rest, express, connect and circulate.
🌀Andrea Beattie aka Earth Beatts
Andrea is a Womb Witch and Vocal Alchemist who is passionate about helping others discover the healing power of their own unique voices. She sings intuitively and channels her own soul language in deep connection with the earth. Creating spaces where people can be real, connect back to the wisdom of their bodies and leave feeling empowered in their ability to heal themselves is her jam. She has a grounding energy that helps people feel safe to express their truth and to simply be themselves.

🌀Karolina Kozera aka Surya Yoga & Sound
Karolina is a sound healer, yogini, and rhythm lover with a background in social and cultural development. Her practice blends yoga, breath, and sound to invite presence, rest, and reconnection.
Trained in traditional Hatha and Nada Yoga in India, and later in Vinyasa, Yin, and Sound Healing in the UK, she brings over a decade of experience.
For Karolina, sound is a gateway to release, nervous system balance, and deep inner listening.
