Come join us at the WG-terrein for a rejuvenating morning filled with animal movement, yoga, meditation, and wellness activities. Connect with like-minded individuals and soak up the positive energy of our vibrant community. This event is all about self-care and community, so bring an open heart. Don't miss out on this opportunity to nourish your mind, body, and soul on a peaceful Sunday afternoon.

10:30 - Yoga

11:30 - Meditation and/or breathing

12:00 - Adjustments and social time

Yoga mats will be provided. Dress appropriately for the activities you want to join in. You may want warmer clothing for any meditation moments. Please bring your own drinking water or a bottle. There is tap water available at the location.

The location is the grote zaal inside paviljoen 2 at WG-terrein. The entrance is at the short end of the building, near the corner of Ketelhuisplein and Anna Spenglerstraat.
