Come join us at the WG-terrein for a rejuvenating morning filled with animal movement, yoga, meditation, and wellness activities. Connect with like-minded individuals and soak up the positive energy of our vibrant community. This event is all about self-care and community, so bring an open heart. Don't miss out on this opportunity to nourish your mind, body, and soul on a peaceful Sunday afternoon.

10:00 - Movement

10:30 - Yoga

11:30 - Meditation and/or breathing

12:00 - Adjustments and social time

Please bring your own yoga mat, as there are no mats available on location. We will bring a couple of extra yoga mats for anyone who doesn't have one, but the more people who bring one the better :)
Dress appropriately for the activities you want to join in. You may want warmer clothing for any meditation moments. Please bring your own drinking water or a bottle. There is tap water available at the location.

The location is the grote zaal inside paviljoen 2 at WG-terrein. The entrance is at the short end of the building, near the corner of Ketelhuisplein and Anna Spenglerstraat.
