At Anima House we believe the bridge of fitness, mindfulness, and mental wellness is more than a trend, but a lifestyle. Our Community classes are an important part to showcase that. They are designed to work on your bodily awareness, and help you move mindfully – on and off the mat.

How it works:

We want to make sure that everyone can attend these classes and the price should not be a barrier to experience the goodness of Yoga. The classes are open level classes – meaning they are open to people of all shapes, sizes, ages & abilities. We will offer a variety of variations and props to make the classes accessible to the levels of experiences. Expect to be challenged physically and mentally and enjoy the growing self-awareness yoga can bring – in a space free of judgement as a community. Mats will be provided.

Type of Yoga:

Selamawit will lead you through a juicy vinyasa flow built to explore body control through a combination of slow and powerful movements meant to bring you out of your head, into your body and closer to your soul. All flows are unique and created to invigorate you not only physically, but mentally to ignite your inner fire & create a deeper connection with yourself.
