Guests rotate through four curated relaxation stations:

• Breath Reset – Guided breathing exercises designed to soothe your nervous system, complete with a take-home printed card.
• Grounding Lounge – Drift into a gentle meditation with blankets, eye masks, and soft music.
• Gentle Movement Reset – Slow somatic stretches to release tension from your body and restore energy.
• Signature Ritual: Each guest receives a grounding stone to hold during the final meditation, leaving you with a tangible reminder of release and calm.
